You dispose and coordinate deliveries and collections, release orders in the warehouse management system and tax them. You can also communicate with our customers via e-mail and telephone and ensure a timely complaint processing to our customers. You coordinate the cooperation between warehouses, production, shipping and other departments, recognize disturbances or bottlenecks at an early stage and ensure appropriate solutions. You support department management in achieving target productivity and help monitor and manage resources to comply with KPIs and internal targets. You're posing data, analysing key figures, introducing ideas for process improvement and participating in customs processing.

You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector, as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification. You have professional practice in warehouse logistics. You may have experience in leadership or disposition (no need). You are safe in handling Microsoft Office as well as storage software and ideally have knowledge of PSI. You bring knowledge of German in word and writing and as good English as possible. You connect an independent, reliable, predictive way of working with willingness to cooperate and team spirit. You are characterized by technical understanding, organisational skill and sense of responsibility. You're ready for shiftwork and Saturday work.
