Team Leader Packaging (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership, motivation and support of a assembly team of about 5 employees. You are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and carrying out assembly work and optical control. You take responsibility for operational storage and material processes for the final product, including the applicable quality and GMP requirements. You ensure the proper implementation and docu­ment of assembly and production procedures and work closely with the relevant departments and, if necessary, with international experts and service providers. In addition, you are involved in the implementation/following of CC measures and revise production-relevant SOPs. In addition, the creation and processing of deviations and CAPAs in the production environment falls into your responsibility area. In addition, you take over the coordination and implementation of projects in your area.

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Engineering degree in the field of biotechnology, process engineering, chemistry or in a comparable course of study. In addition, you have experience in the field of finishing in a GMP-regulated environment within the production of a pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech company. You have very good knowledge both in MS Office and in handling quality systems. You are a structured organizational institution with a sound technical understanding. You can already demonstrate first leadership or project management experience and understand how to manage conflicts with your persuasive power.
