Tool Grinder / CNC Machine Operator (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h in Chemnitz

For our customers in Chemnitz we are looking for a tool grinder/cnc machine operator (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. They work on modern CNC machine grinders and perform tasks in the production, processing and repair of precision tools. There is a long-term application with attractive remuneration from €19.50 per hour.

♪ Your future task:

• Self-assembled, brushes and operation of CNC machine grinders
• grinding, re grinding and processing of carbide tools such as drills, milling cutters and special tools
• Production of new tools in small series according to technical specifications
• Repair and reprocessing of worn tools for reuse
• Adaptation and optimization of CNC programs according to tool requirements
• Implementation of measurement, shape and surface testing for quality assurance
• Work according to technical drawings, work instructions and test specifications
• Documentation of production and test results
• Maintenance, maintenance and monitoring of machines and equipment used
• Ensuring quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Your Profile for the Tool Grinder / CNC Machine Operator (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h:

• Professional experience as a tool grinder (m/w/d), CNC machine operator (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC machine grinders of advantage
• knowledge of the processing and processing of carbide tools desirable
• Experience with Saacke machines, bulk or comparable manufacturers of advantage
• Knowledge in Siemens 840D and/or NumROTO are desirable, but no condition
• Safe handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• Technical understanding and precise operation
• Quality awareness, reliability and team skills
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Complete technical vocational training of advantage
• German knowledge of everyday working life desirable
