Central contact person for the client at the location of Nuremberg Organisation and control of the daily processes in the building Maintenance and updating of reports and documentation Acceptance and processing of special orders and requests Coordination and control of external service providers Ensuring a smooth run in object operation

Complete technical training in one of the HKLSE plants Additional qualification as a certified facility management agent (with IHK certificate) or comparable is desirable Secure handling of MS Office and common CAFM systems (e.g. ticket tools) Good communication skills and a professional appearance Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English driving licence class B
