You lead PSW GmbH in a strategic, human and economic way and thus secure their sustainable development and competitiveness. You develop the organisation systematically and continuously by developing and profiling key future topics such as control and controlling, digitalization and IT, human resources management and employer attractiveness, sustainability and the performance portfolio of PSW GmbH. You take over the overall responsibility for an already conceived transformation process, consistently continue the path of restructuring initiated and shape its implementation in close cooperation with the shareholder. You are responsible for sustainable stabilisation and improvement of the economic outcome situation and control the optimization of refinancing in all business areas.

You are an experienced manager with high business, strategic and innovative competence, who has successfully mastered comparable management tasks in the social economy. You have expertise in one or, ideally, several services of PSW GmbH (old aid, disabled assistance, child and youth assistance) and are well familiar with the framework conditions of the social economy. You bring a profound entrepreneurial understanding from a study of economics or social sciences or from equivalent practical experience and know how social enterprises are effectively controlled. Your valuable leadership style, your safe feeling for people, your communication strength as well as your strong leadership skills allow you to inspire, inspire and take teams together.
