You are part of the Global Procurement Team in the central strategic purchasing area of the PERI Group Independently responsible development and implementation of global and cross-site product group strategies (including global procurement market analyses, etc.) taking into account the corporate objectives for the product group to be responsible (e.g. steel profiles and pipes, aluminium profiles, etc.) Implementation of supplier lifecycle management (selection, evaluation, development, phases, etc.) Negotiation of annual awards and major award projects, as well as framework, supply and work contracts Risk management in the supply chain and definition of the necessary prevention and/or Measures Identification and Implementation of Savings Potentials to Achieve Global Procurement Goals Coordination of multifunctional teams in purchasing projects (e.g. value analyses, savings projects, etc.)

Completed training, study or equivalent degree Mind. 5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing The ability to think strategically and develop long-term strategies for product groups High technical affinity with an understanding of production technology Technical interest and experience with the product groups, such as steel profiles and pipes, aluminium profiles, etc. Very good communication skills and safe negotiation Language skills in German as well as advanced English skills
