Your role In this position, you not only take on classic accounting tasks, but also play a key role in the structural construction of our European finance processes. You work closely with the management, the international headquarters and external service providers and shape sustainable accounting and reporting structures between several legal entities.

Your tasks Financial accounting & financial statements Own implementation of current financial accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB in cooperation with external tax advice Implementation and documentation of accounts

Intercompany & Structure Building Construction and structuring of resilient booking logics between Medisca Inc., Medisca GmbH and Samix Structure and coordination of intercompany flows and performance calculations Participation in building a clear cost center and reporting structure Close coordination with HQ regarding reporting requirements, data structures and consolidation requirements

Process and system design Definition and development of Procure-to-Pay processes in close coordination with purchasing and management Participation in the harmonisation of ERP and financial systems in the transformation environment Working with interface solutions and transition solutions (including Excel-based evaluations)

Audit & Compliance (GMP/GDP environment) Ensuring reliable documentation and traceability Support for internal and external audits Participation in ensuring regulatory requirements for documentation and data quality

Completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on accounting Multiannual experience in financial accounting, ideally in the international environment Very good knowledge of DATEV (forced required) Experience with ERP systems as well as safe handling with Excel Experience in the Intercompany environment or in internationally established companies Good knowledge of German trade law (HGB) Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing (enge cooperation with our headquarters) Structured, analytical working with pleasure in process design High self-responsibility and willingness to actively participate in a building phase
