Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) includes sales, after-sales, marketing and product management of Mercedes-Benz Cars and takes care of the development of the global sales organization. Our goal is the successful and future-oriented design of the global sales of Mercedes-Benz Cars, the highest customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of the success of our brands. Product management is part of the Board of Management Marketing & Sales Mercedes-Benz Cars. The product management represents the sales and customer interests in the vehicle project for new and serial vehicles of the EVA2 series (EQS, EQS SUV, EQE, EQE SUV) as well as in the new Mercedes-Benz Electrical Vehicle Architecture (MB.EA-L) and is the contact person for the development project in all sales-relevant questions. Product management is the central interface between the vehicle development project, the central areas of sales and communication and the international markets.
