You have a completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy

You bring professional experience in the kitchen area, ideally in the hotel industry You already have first experience in the leadership or guidance of employees You work independently, organize and keep an overview in stressful situations Team spirit, communication strength and sense of responsibility characterize you Good knowledge of German and English as well as the readiness to early working hours complete your profile

Planning, organisation and continuous development of the breakfast offer taking into account quality, guest wishes and cost-effectiveness Creation of service and work plans for the breakfast team as well as ensuring the necessary personnel deployment planning Ensure a smooth workflow before, during and after breakfast service Coordination of all preparation, production and preparation work in the breakfast area Control, analysis and optimization of workflows to ensure efficient processes and high quality standards Ensuring the timely provision of all meals and drinks for the buffet breakfast. Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality and service standards in accordance with applicable HACCP guidelines
