For our new training workshop at the Mannheim site, we are looking for a dedicated trainer (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which actively supports and further develops our technical training and strengthens our trainees on their way professionally and personally. Acquisition of the Conceptual Structure of Our Industrial Technical Training with the Focus on Plant Mechanics (m/w/d) SHK Creation of theoretical and practical training contents according to the level of training and the training framework plan and the subsequent implementation in our training workshop Design of learning processes, preparation for interim and final examinations, as well as individual support and promotion of trainees Interface between HR, training officers and external partners Responsibility for the workshop organization including order, cleanliness and safety Ordering materials and equipment

Graduated vocational training in the field of HKLS as well as a further education for the state-tested technician/master (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of building technology and at least five years relevant professional experience (m/w/d) in the industrial and technical environment Experience in building, introducing and developing training content and structures Safe handling of digital media and openness for modern learning approaches Pleasure to work with trainees and their continuous support and promotion Individual initiative, team spirit, communication strength and conflict resolution capability
