We are looking forward to your application as team manager (m/w/d) Operations at C24 Bank!

You guide your operating team professionally and disciplinefully - from setting new colleagues to the targeted further development of each team member You control team performance based on defined KPIs and ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines You are responsible for the continuous development of processes and applications in the team and are actively promoting the use of AI-based solutions for automation and efficiency enhancement. You create clear decision-making, promote a collaborative team culture and are the contact person for internal stakeholders such as customer service, compliance and finance You control communication with external partners and represent the team to the outside

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a banker background First leadership experience and demonstrable pleasure in developing and forming teams Impressive understanding of operational processes and the willingness to work quickly into new topics Structured, self-responsible operation with strong hands-on mentality High readiness and openness to new technologies and methods (including AI-based tools) Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with ticket and workflow systems are advantageous Very good German knowledge of word and writing and good English knowledge
