• You have a completed 3-year nursing training, for example as a nursing professional, nursing caregiver:in or health caregiver. • In order for documentation, patient communication and handovers to be able to be clearly and comprehensible in everyday care, you need German knowledge in word and writing on at least B2 level. • Experience in palliative accompaniment and human sense is highly appreciated by professionals in the home area: you accompany residents: both in and relatives respectfully in sensitive phases. • Quick integration and a good orientation in new environments are your strengths — you can quickly find yourself in teams and get helpful. • Openness for different stationary teams and workflows
