Help gGmbH is a free supporter of youth assistance in the city of Brandenburg an der Havel and sees itself as a representative of the children and young people entrusted to us.

We offer help and orientation to young people in difficult situations of life and create a new home for children and young people who cannot remain in their family of origin for a wide variety of reasons. Our employees are of course the appreciation of our children and young people, as well as their families. We want to create a warm and warm atmosphere in which our children and young people can feel comfortable.

Life in our housing group is to provide protection, space, solidarity, support and acceptance as well as appreciation.

We have also defined the following educational priorities for us: • Observe pedagogical, curative and therapeutic (external) measures and aids, as a temporally limited accompaniment, with the aim of independent, self-responsible and sense-oriented life management • Improving communication and relationshipability and building of socially compatible behaviour and conflict management mechanisms • Degradation of life-destructive behaviour and recovery of physical and mental health • Establishment of a school and professional capacity with the highest possible individual qualification • Integrating young people into our society, i.e. making young people critical and realistic with the conditions of this society and empowering them to live in it and shape it

Our apartments are located in Brandenburg an der Havel in the district of Hohenstücken. Car driver's license is advantageous because individual work orders are made with service cars.

Our facility is open 365 days a year. There are core working hours oriented towards the presence of the inhabitants, as experienced between 13.00 and 22.00. We offer “around the clock” care. hours services covered. We are looking for a 30h -40h hour force with a top payment. Our pedagogue team is supported by a housekeeper and a housemaster.
