I identify potential for improvement in business and project processes, develop suitable solutions and accompany their implementation – from the requirement to the roll-out. My tasks I function as a bridge between departments, users and internal and external IT partners, I understand and structure requirements, develop solutions and analyze them for sustainable decisions, I coordinate alerts, accompany the implementation and roll-out, and I am a key player for my solutions, I connect network expansion with modern, IT-supported processes, methods and tools, I tax voting with various stakeholders, I actively shape the long-term vision for processes and IT tools in the Elia Group.
