In this complex function, as a member of our gateway team, you ensure that the consolidation of the export freight takes place smoothly. The position requires the use in layer operation. Planning, disposition and optimization of air freight consoles, both for loose and for ULD bookings Regular exchange with airlines for capacity procurement and evaluation of the market situation Close communication and coordination with third-party service providers to ensure a smooth flow of freight Preparation and implementation of export customs clearance Creation of shipping documents Support in the processing of escalations

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in air freight Good MS Office knowledge Embossed organisational skills Team spirit, flexibility and commitment Good knowledge of German and English Ready for shiftwork: early shift, late shift and weekend work
