The Facility Management is the first contact for all companies and is responsible for building management. The area includes fire protection, control of closing systems and communication with all external craftsmen. The responsible oversight of the site, the organisation of ongoing care measures and the necessary repair work, and increases the entire and representative state of the building and of the outdoor facilities. For our location in Tübingen we are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) in 80% part time and unlimited.

Responsibility for building management and the proper operation of technical installations in buildings Organization and coordination of craftsmen for repair, service and maintenance work Contact person in the event of an alarm (readiness to leave) Self-fulfilment of small repairs Organisation and implementation of transfers within the DKMS Support department management in the planning and implementation of renovation and rebuilding measures Maintenance of outdoor facilities

Successfully completed vocational training in the craft sector with additional qualification Correct and reliable operation Ability to work independently and team-oriented Good communication skills and organisational skills Flexibility and mobility
