IT Supporter (m/w/d) - in the field of digital building permits

As an IT service provider of the Landesverwaltung MV based in Schwerin, we are long-term and competent partners for our customers in the public sector. Our more than 750 employees provide comprehensive services in the areas of consulting, development, operation and procurement. In addition, we operate one of the most modern high availability data centers and IP networks in MV. In your new position, your team will assist you in the support and operation of a specialist application in the field of digital construction applications. You are the direct link between the users and your colleagues from the field. We are looking forward to providing full or part-time support at Schwerin, Rostock or Hamburg.

We offer you interesting and challenging tasks in an exciting employment environment. Your new area of responsibility includes: Customer support in First Level Support (phone/email/ticket) incl. Coordination of Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management and Change Management Application support and support for specialist applications in the field of digital construction applications Participation in the realization of operations (including software updates, testing & ITIL processes) Communication to the customer/user as part of maintenance work or major disruptions in the service of digital construction applications Maintenance of service-specific documentation

Education in the computer science environment or comparable qualification Experiences in the handling and support of specialist applications Experience in handling IT management and ticket systems safe handling in the context of customer correspondence by phone, email and ticket system Service orientation and a reliable and friendly handling of users are desired Teamability, commitment and reliability as well as the ability to integrate into new complex work areas
