Care and development of partner management with strategic suppliers and business partners Communicative interface between partners and departments within the Ratiodata Responsibility for the operational procurement of hardware and software in day and project business Regular commercial activities such as price maintenance, processing of order requirements, clarification of invoice differences as well as complaint processing and tracking Detection of potential savings through procurement market supplier analysis and assessment as well as their sustainable implementation Conducting price and contract negotiations Selection and evaluation of suppliers Date monitoring and availability disposition

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a specialist for shopping Professional experience in purchasing or comparable position Practical experience with the operational application of SAP S/4HANA MM and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) Very good communication capability and sovereign appearance to clearly convey complex facts Negotiation Security, Enforcement and Responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
