Project Manager Site Acquisition (a*)

Your main tasks include the identification and development of new areas for the construction of network and monitoring stations as well as the independent control of the projects throughout the implementation process. You conduct negotiations with property owners, builders, architects and authorities and ensure a smooth coordination of all parties involved in the project. The creation, testing and coordination of planning documents is part of your responsibility as well as the monitoring and monitoring of construction measures on site. You coordinate and assign external service providers and ensure compliance with quality, appointment and security requirements. In addition, you are responsible for the implementation of construction measures with compact network stations in the end-to-end process and accompany all project phases from planning to implementation. You inform residents and property owners about the progress of the project and are available to all project participants as contact person (a*) for questions, concerns or complaints.

You have a completed training as a state-tested technician (a) or master (a) of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the technical project environment, ideally in network or infrastructure construction, you also bring basic commercial knowledge. Experiences in network engineering are advantageous and enable you to safely handle the requirements of the task area. You work routined with the MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, and ideally have first knowledge in handling SAP.
