Control and processing of the complaint process in close coordination with production, production logistics and shipping Analysis and clarification of missing parts, inventory deviations and system differences Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure high inventory accuracy Monitoring and management of items with minimum durability date (MHD) including collection of expired stocks Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP ERP and SAP EWM Takeover of tasks in the field of production control for defined cost centers Support of the Warehouse Management System and Operational Stock Management Working with inventory and inventory Ensuring transparent communication between the participating departments
