Care and administration of personnel deployment planning for our locations in Germany and Austria First-level support in the time economy for retail and wholesale Creation of reports, evaluations and key figures (especially in Excel) Contact person*in for HR systems and applications in the field of planning & time management Working with projects and process improvements (e.g. reporting, automation)

Completed studies (e.g. business, business informatics, personnel, organizational psychology) or commercial training with strong numbers/IT affinity First practical experience by studying, internships or professional entry Very good Excel knowledge and fun analysis High IT and system affinity, structured working Teamable, service-oriented, ready to learn Knowledge of ATOSS, ZeusX or P&I LOGA HR are a plus, no need
