For our supply chain management team, we are looking for you as a Senior Supply Chain Planner at our Bremerhaven site.

As a Master & Activity Planner, you play a central role in ensuring a reliable, efficient and future-oriented supply chain. You work across areas and significantly influence important planning decisions. You are planning capacity in the short and medium term – in this context you also coordinate production layers and resource requirements. Regularly balance the inventory of finished products with planning parameters to achieve predefined service levels and inventory targets. To do this, you monitor the key figures in terms of capacity utilization, inventory and service level. With your expertise, you will accompany all activities around the product life cycle – from the introduction to the expiry phase – and you will always have time, cost and efficiency in mind. For short- and medium-term supply problems, you act as the main contact partner: in and find adequate solutions for bottlenecks. Proactively, you identify possibilities for continuous process optimization – including in the area of capacity and activity planning.

A completed study in the field of economic engineering, (technical) business management, logistics management or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain planning, ideally in the food or FMCG industry Secure handling of ERP systems such as SAP S4 and supply chain planning tools, SAP IBP, APO Communication and coordination strength for cross-function coordination with different stakeholders flowing knowledge of German and English; additional knowledge in Polish or Italian are advantageous An analytical thinking and data-based approach and a good sense of optimisation potential
