As a Service Coordinator*in you are the central interface between customers, service partners and internal specialist departments and is responsible for the smooth implementation of our international service and maintenance projects. Your tasks in detail:

Coordination of regular spare parts and service requests Supply creation and order processing, i.e. holistic customer support in the interior service from order intake to dispatch processing Examination and negotiation of contracts with international customers and service partners Independent management of complex service and maintenance projects from a contractual perspective across all project phases Proactive support of contract processing, including risk assessment, claim management in close coordination with the service team and the legal department Management and optimization of contractual communication with customers, subcontractors and service partners Communication and contact and technical support for customers and internal interface

Completed technical or commercial training ideally with a degree as a state-tested technician or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in service business or project management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good French knowledge of word and writing Experience with an ERP system, ideally proALPHA Embossed communication skills Self-employed, result-oriented and structured working with Hands-on Mentality Willingness to travel worldwide (10 %)
