As part of the legal team, you support all business-related legal issues, focusing on data protection. From now on, we would like to occupy the place for an unlimited period at our location in Eugendorf in full time (40h). You address all data protection issues in the context of the GDPR, the local legal regulations and the corporate regulations You design and coordinate the content and technical development of the local data protection system In the areas of the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, financial services regulators, antitrust law, consumer protection and general contract law, you will be able to You advise the management, internal departments and external cooperation partners on various legal issues You design and tax projects to implement legal innovations You implement efficient and digitized (legal) processes in close cooperation with IT You accompany projects concerning the implementation of new technologies and digital processes (e.g. new and innovative business models) with your legal expertise
