Clerk - Insolvency / Administration / Communication (m/w/d)

Our lawyer company is a law firm specialized in the solution of economic issues of companies and entrepreneurs. Most of the tasks are in the process of insolvency proceedings. In addition, our activities include the legal advice and support of clients in all areas of refurbishment and restructuring of companies and in insolvency and company law. We are active in conjunction with our partner companies Fischer Rechtsanwälte and KSR - Karlsruher Gesellschaft für Wiederaufbau und Restructuring mbH. You process and manage insolvency cases in all phases (from registration to settlement) You check and evaluate insolvency claims They communicate with creditors, debtors, insolvency courts and other parties involved You check and monitor the insolvency mass They support the insolvency administrator in the strategic development of the process management

They have completed vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade, in industry or comparable (commercial) training and have as first professional experience as possible They are characterised by an independent and structured manner of operation and reliability and have good computer skills with regard to MS Office products You have fun in a challenging professional activity that is varied, offers space for design and promotes personal commitment
