From commercial property management to technical operations, we offer our customers everything You need to successfully operate the buildings.

Successfully completed study in the field of facility management, engineering or real estate management desirable, or alternatively a technical training Wide and sound expertise in facility management Multiannual professional experience with large, integrated facility management contracts on client or service provider side Mind. 5 years of leadership experience in Facility Management High self-motivation and readiness A pronounced sense of service coupled with an independent and structured way of working A high affinity for IT solutions (e.g. CAFM, Office 365)

Technical control and leading contract management of all operating service providers with a technical focus on maintaining the building management for a large location in Frankfurt Ensuring full contractual performance within the framework of the respective service provider contracts Strengthening, monitoring and continuous improvement of work processes Further development and optimization of operations taking into account strategic and operational decisions of management Introducing innovations (in particular digitalization) as well as showing optimisation potentials for the customer Improving and expanding internal operational KPls Ensuring and maintaining work safety, operator responsibility and other legal regulations Escalation management Comprehensive budget and earnings responsibility for the location
