Independently responsible installation and operation of CNC-controlled production systems Roughening of machines and selection and precise adjustment of the required tools Continuous installation of plants to ensure a smooth production process Creation of simple CNC programs as well as needs-oriented adaptation of existing program sets Active monitoring of production processes and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency and quality Systematic localisation and elimination of malfunctions performing regular maintenance and maintenance work according to maintenance plan to ensure installation availability Implementation of factory self-checks to comply with the highest quality standards Complete documentation of workflows as well as precise detection of configuration and process data Safe handling of conventional milling, turning and grinding machines for manufacturing individual parts Manual reworking of workpieces (e.g. deburring) Implementation of simple assembly activities (e.g. setting of HeliCoil inserts) professional marking and packaging of finished components Implementation of technical testing methods, in particular leak testing

Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or machining mechanic (specialized milling) More than three years of relevant practice in cutting production Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge in word and writing for smooth documentation and communication Embossed care and a very accurate operation in the processing of high-quality workpieces High level of readiness and strong communication and team skills Full readiness to work in the 2-layer system
