And our company continues to grow strong: Over the past three years, the team has grown from about 60 to almost 90 employees – and we are already heading to the brand from 100. Procitec GmbH has a 100% subsidiary in the USA - AmpSpec Inc. Here we want to bring our product portfolio closer to the US customers. Our growth also raises the legal questions about our national and international customer projects. As a judiciary (m/w/d), you are our central contact for legal issues. Your specialist focus is on contract and sales law and public procurement law. In addition, you will keep an eye on other legal issues. Where special knowledge is required, you will bind external firms and tax the cooperation. Therefore, you do not have to master in detail any legal area that we are experiencing. design, testing and negotiation of customer, partner and supplier contracts Legal advice on the establishment and implementation of national and international business Support of public tenders and award procedures on the tender side Support for management and departments in legal issues Legal assessment of adjacent themes and coordination of specialised external law firms Development and maintenance of contract templates, standards and legal processes

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) and have successfully completed both state exams. After your second state exam, you have collected at least three years of relevant professional experience in a corporate law department or a business law-oriented firm. The role is crucial: Knowledge in German Contract and Sales Law experience in public procurement law, in particular with tenders from the perspective of a tenderer Safety in the design, testing and negotiation of contracts Ability to classify legal risks in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner Very good knowledge of German and English Independent and economically oriented mode of operation Helpful, but not condition, are contact points with: international treaties and foreign legal regulations License models, intellectual property and compliance of software products Export control as well as U.S. company, trade, contract or secret law
