What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: You are involved in digitization projects and strategic topics concerning the further development of our employees. You get yourself involved: You work autonomously with our Learning Management System SAP SuccessFactors and obtain sound system skills. You are a competent contact person: Through the organization and documentation of meetings and workshops you contribute to their success – for example in the context of the production of eLearnings or other projects. You take responsibility: When creating a presentation, you will create information in a structured and address-oriented manner – for example when creating documents for our management. Whether through research or on the basis of own ideas: You bring impulses into any didactic conception, further development or implementation of learning offers. You show commitment: you make sure that our talents are connected. For example, when planning network events. With your organizational and communication strength, you support the administration of our executive development programs: from scheduling to trainer: in-house communication to the preparatory audit.
