During your internship at our location in Oberkochen or Jena, you can support our team for a period of about 5 to 7 months. You will participate in the following tasks: From the outset, you will get a concrete insight into the diverse topics of our team within the Human Resources Organisation (Strategy, Change, People & Organizational Development) and will be actively involved in different projects and operational issues.

You participate in change initiatives to strengthen and further develop the corporate culture and get to know various projects of the team

You take independent tasks and bring your ideas to the creation of concepts, presentations and evaluations with a focus on personnel development measures

You work independently on market research, support training and workshop designs, and you can also practice taking on moderations

Your profile Current studies in the field of business, economics, psychology or in a comparable course of studies

Ideally, you have already gained first experiences through relevant research focuses and/or relevant HR activities

You are sure to go with MS Office, in particular with PowerPoint / Miro etc, and prepare content to address and structured on

You like to work in the team, get active and have an interest in gaining insights into different projects and topics

Friendly communication and trusting handling of sensitive data are of course for you

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
