In this position, you will be able to carry out the technical overall evaluation of the design, control and continuous improvement of the MVM process architecture. You control the individual phases of the System Building Decision, as well as the delivery procedures and identify clear process objectives, cutting points and decision points. In addition, you develop templates, tools, process standards and governance structures and ensure the methodic tuning with all the participating roles. You ensure the integration of cross-sectional functions such as safety, security, ILS, confidence management or quality, identify the KPIs and monitor the process performance. You initiate Lessons-Learned-Audits, coach operative roles and form the cutting point for the entire process country in the enterprise.

The pre­condition for this position is a complete study with technical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable. You can demonstrate long-term professional experience in controlling complex product development and development processes. You will also have experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and matrix structures as well as knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 15288 or MIL-STD. You have well-founded methodological knowledge in terms of process management, process design, maturity management and process controlling. You also know common frameworks and methods (e.g. V-Modell, PEP, Lean Development or Stage-Gate-Modell).
