Tasks

• Cooperation with a dedicated team for the holistic care of our residents
• Planning and ensuring the implementation of basic and treatment care
• Planning and documentation in the four elements of the structural model.
• You actively contribute to the further development of care quality and implement quality assurance measures.

= qualification

• A completed training as an elderly caregiver, nurse or health caregiver.
• Knowledge of expert standards and care documentation in the structural model
• Willingness to acquire current knowledge and constantly develop
• Passion for the care of older people and an appreciation attitude in dealing with them.
• Team skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in the team
• Good knowledge of the use of computer systems for care documentation.
