Your duties

You perform fault diagnosis in MAN industrial diesel engines in customer applications.

You are service support on drive motors for off-road applications.

You are responsible for coordination with OEM and operator service.

You lead

the first finding of component and engine damage at the customer suburbs worldwide and at the plant Nuremberg by

internal damage handling - monitoring and documentation, fault and damage analysis in cooperation with development, design and quality assurance, and

the field test support as a participant in the cross-functional team.

You take part in trade support, trade fairs and information events.

Your qualifications

You are masters and have several years of professional experience in service support for internal combustion engines.

You have profound experience in the diagnosis and repair of diesel engines, including their electronic control and monitoring systems.

You have at least 18 months of professional experience in the field of service for industrial engines as well as in the care of key account customers.

You perform measurement tasks on internal combustion engines safely and routined.

Ideally, you have knowledge of the current state of development of industrial diesel engines.

You have a secure handling of the current MS Office programs as well as SAP.

You bring basic knowledge about development software such as INCA, CANalyzer or IPEmotion.

You convince with flexibility, worldwide readiness to travel (about 30-50%) and good English knowledge in word and writing.

A communicative, team-oriented working style distinguishes you; ideally bring you first leadership experience.
