Lead Product Engineer Mobile Air Quality (m/w/d)

Your challenge: Technical overall responsibility for global innovation and customer projects in the area of Mobile Air Quality. Development and construction of new filtration products and system components within the Transportation division, in particular with the focus on Cabin Air Filter Systems and system applications outside the energy producer Active implementation and support of all phases of product development, from idea finding to serial introduction and proactive participation in the development roadmap Coordination, planning and budgeting of complex development tasks within development projects Examination and determination of customer requirements (load specification) and determination and coordination of the specifications Ensure compliance with technical development goals in cooperation with the project team (development process, CAD design, simulation, validation, pattern building, purchasing, quality, etc.) Independent presentation and discussion of technical project documents for customers and suppliers (internal & external) Development progress may be assessed Define and initiate corrective measures Own implementation and moderation of workshops for solution determination incl. Assessment. Product and project-related implementation of patent analyses/evaluations, as well as application and generation of patents in particular with the aim of copy protection generationInitiation and participation of the D-FMEA Creation, coordination and maintenance of development-relevant documents

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, process engineering or comparable Professional experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in job-relevant profile Competence: CATIA V5 / NX System understanding in filtration and drive technologies, as well as common manufacturing, testing, and validation processes Safe in the application of MS Office tools
