Team Supporters / Volunteers in Swimming Pool Construction (m/f/d)

About us: We are a small, family-run company in the area of swimming pool technology. With us there are no huge factory halls or impersonal large construction sites, but a small all-round team. We understand well, work hand in hand and support each other as we can. To keep our professionals free, we are now looking for active support.

Your tasks with us: You are the helping hand in our company and on the construction sites. That means:

• Working: The fitter is helpful to the customer.
• Order & Cleanliness: Occasionally swing the broom or clear screws.
• Lightened green care: Pour plants and a bit of green cut can accumulate depending on the season.
• Swimming pool cleaning: Using the cleaning of the customer pools.
• Important: You won't be thrown into the cold water. You are never alone with the customer, but always on the side of a person skilled in the art who instructs you in all tasks and actively cooperates.

You bring it:

• No pre-qualifications required: You don't have to know anything about swimming pools – we'll show you everything!
• Manual skill: It would be desirable if you can distinguish a screwdriver from a drill and like more.
• Language: Good knowledge of German is important for the team to work smoothly.
• Mobility: A driving licence (class B) is desirable. A private car is of great advantage because our operation is difficult to reach by public transport.

• Extremely flexible working hours: Whether 20 or 35 hours – we find a solution. A 3-day or 4-day week is also easily planned.
• Related holiday planning: We do not have to submit annual leave a year in advance. Tell us what you need and we'll try to make it possible. About Christmas and New Year we have fixed business holidays and bridge days on holidays you can take with you.
• Equipment: Workwear is provided by us, as well as tools, all work equipment and company vehicle, if necessary for your task.
• Payment: Water and coffee are available free of charge in the office kitchen. Participation in the team’s grouts or on evening drinks is voluntary at any time.
• An exciting environment: We build swimming pools – varied and exciting are just two options to describe the work here.
