As an area manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire property portfolio to third parties. In addition to the operational responsibility for commercial and technical property management, the management of modernization, maintenance and rental processes is in your hands. You have multiannual management experience in real estate management, ideally as an area management or in a comparable position with comprehensive budget and earnings responsibility. Funded knowledge in asset management, property management and property management as well as in rental law, WEG law and regulatory requirements (e.g. ESG) are of course for you. Their strength lies in the development of strategies for value-based inventory development and in the control of complex processes and projects. Experience in the management of residential properties is characterized by your profile. You understand how to lead larger teams, initiate changes and actively involve and develop employees. As a personality, you are convinced by decision-making strength, integrity and a structured and entrepreneurial mindset. Your communication skills and your sovereign appearance allow you to professionally handle various stakeholders.
