Grid Connection Engineer Generation Plants (a*) - Temporary until 31.12.2028

You are responsible for customer projects from request to commissioning. In doing so, you will ensure the network integration of generation systems and storage into the Hamburg power grid in the mid and high voltage grids. In all phases of the project you communicate with our customers and with the other project participants. You coordinate cooperation with other areas in the company in the clarification of the network connection point and the technical requirements. In addition, you define requirements for the protection and regulation concept, check compliance with technical requirements for customer systems and actively participate in the development and development of technical principles for network integration of generation systems and storage systems.

A successfully completed university degree in the field of (economic) engineering with the field of electrical engineering forms the basis of your profile; a previous electrotechnical vocational training is advantageous. You will bring deep knowledge in the field of production facilities and storage as well as in the related technical and energy-economic issues. Good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations of electrical engineering, including the VDE AR-N 4110 and 4120, as well as the technical regulations for the detection method for production plants and storage, are the distinguishing features. Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in the network connection of production facilities and are sure to deal with the MS Office programs. Embossed analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication strength and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
