We are looking for a new team leadership for our team from eleven credit analysts/credit analysts. The team is responsible for the structured analysis and evaluation of real estate companies and construction companies with a focus on real estate projects and real estate properties. Your team is working closely with the sales department to fully assess the economic sustainability of financing requests and existing engagements.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You are instrumental in ensuring the performance quality, productivity and further development of your team. With your leadership skills and coaching expertise, you will lead a dedicated team of analysts and at the same time ensure that all internal and external requirements are met. By promoting teamwork and close cooperation with sales and staff, you strengthen the cohesion and success of the entire team. You are competent to accompany your team in the creation of credit templates, in particular in the testing of business models and projects, as well as the ongoing monitoring of the respective associated stock customer.

The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be carried out in 14 TVöD. Depending on the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 2 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee ranging from 5.643 euros to 7.552 euros. The final compensation package is based on professional experience, work to be carried out and collective bargaining arrangements.
