They advise internal and external customers of the BLB NRW on questions of infrastructural building management (sustainable cleaning services, glass cleaning, watch / closing services etc.) They coordinate and control IGM service providers and take over the cost, quality and time management of infrastructural services They are responsible for the preparation of the tender and its evaluation and then conduct the implementation talks with the service providers to be covered. They ensure reporting and data quality and ensure systematic data management (in SAP/IGM‐LIP) You actively maintain customer contacts They are responsible for carrying out the audit, clarification and clearance of invoices They apply structured follow-up management

You have a completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Facility Management, Cleaning / Hygiene Technology or comparable. Further requirements: Vocational experience in infrastructure management is advantageous They have a high communication and team capability as well as an independent, organized and careful way of working They have a pronounced customer orientation and a safe occurrence You have the ability to analytical and economic thinking

Responsibility, motivation and willingness to work into new complex tasks complete your profile You maintain a safe handling in the application of Microsoft Office products They bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000 € – approx. 80.400 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
