You are the first contact person at the reception and represent our car house with a friendly and professional appearance. You will personally and by phone, answer inquiries and ask for a warm welcome. You organize appointments, coordinate operations with the workshop and always keep an overview in the office. You support the service team in the processing of customer orders – from order creation to billing. You're puggling customer data, managing vehicle records and ensuring a structured office everyday.

You have a completed commercial training – e.g. as a merchant for office management, automotive businessman or in a comparable area You bring experience in customer service, reception or administration, ideally in the car house. Safe handling of MS Office applications You convince at reception by your friendly, professional appearance as well as by your communicative and organizational skills. Class B licence.
