Requirements and your profile: We are looking for candidates who have completed their studies in computer science, mechatronics, vehicle technology, electrical engineering or a comparable subject. Ideal candidates bring first practical experiences or a strong interest in model-based software development with MATLAB/Simulink. Knowledge of functional safety according to ISO 26262 is desired, as well as a good understanding of logical thinking, systematic error analysis and complex technical systems. Your responsibilities: In this role, I develop self-tests for targeted testing of safety-critical components in the vehicle and use MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development and simulation. I ensure compliance with the functional safety according to ISO 26262 and integrate the developed software components seamlessly into existing system architectures and environments. The close cooperation with specialist areas as well as the structured and standard documentation of my development and test results are also part of my tasks.
