Support of the global Benefits team in daily business Preparation of relevant decision documents Operational and administrative cooperation in the planning and implementation of salaries-relevant processes, e.g. benchmarking, introduction of new benefits, harmonisation Revision of guidelines and presentations Support for projects Documentation of processes and production of guides and brochures Support in the development and implementation of HR standards, processes and tools

Studies in the field of economics, social sciences, humanities with a focus on personnel/controlling or a comparable study direction Found MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Analytical skills and pronounced number affinity
