Head of Information & Physical Security (m/f/d)

As Head of (m/w/d) Information & Physical Security at the Chief Security Office at AXA, you are responsible for your team and, together with IT, implement our security standards in practice. Here you actively shape how AXA masters the challenges of the digital world - and brings your enthusiasm for technical security and innovation! The Security Office is divided into two teams and you work closely with the leadership of the Strategy & Governance team.

You monitor all security initiatives to protect digital and physical assets The leadership and continuous development of the team are your responsibility You are responsible for monitoring cyber security and physical security You are responsible for the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) and control the handling of security incidents You ensure compliance with all security compliance and governance requirements You are responsible for carrying out security assessments for application systems, individual data processing systems and external service providers The responsibility for coordinating penetration tests as well as security risk identification and assessment is one of your tasks You are responsible for security consulting within projects When examining and introducing new security products with the parent company's group security function in France, you will find You monitor the effectiveness of the implemented security controls

You have completed a very good degree in IT/Information Security, Computer Science, IT Security or comparable training You bring multi-year professional experience in information security, ideally in the financial or insurance industry Certifications like CISM, CISSP, CRISC or Lead-Auditor ISO 27001 have you already completed You have well-founded knowledge in the practical implementation of regulatory and safety standards such as DORA, ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection, including in the field of identity and access management You have experience in managing and developing interdisciplinary teams in the security environment Your analytical mindset and structured way of working allow you to quickly understand and understand complex facts You are thrilled with the work with people, you coordinate the various external and internal stakeholders across all levels You master German and English fluent (min. C1)
