About this role As a Lead Marketing Manager - CRM in the German Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention across our owned channels. You will own the strategy and execution for push notifications and email, guarantee we communicate with our customers at the right moment with the right offering. This role is crucial for executing high-impact, occasion-based campaigns and applying data-driven learnings to enhance customer loyalty and LTV.

We're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive the Deliveryando vision forward.

We are operating a hybrid working model: 3 days per week in office in Berlin, 2 days per week are home office.

These are some of the key components to the position: Own German Retention Marketing planning and execution processes across core CRM channels, specifically push notifications and emails.

Optimise CRM customer journeys, segmentation, targeting, and voucher programs to drive high-impact engagement and conversion.

Lead the strategy and delivery of major seasonal/occasion campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Valentine's, Oktoberfest) to ensure mid-funnel impact.

Analysis campaign results and leverage performance data to enhance future engagement programs and drive excellence.

Collaborate closely with local teams, HQ functions, Creative Studio, and Digital teams to execute campaigns seamlessly and efficiently.

Define clear KPIs to measure success, analyse performance, and identify opportunities to boost ROI and market share growth.

What will you bring to the team? Proven experience in running successful, insight-led marketing campaigns with a focus on retention and customer engagement.

Expertise in Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and leveraging channels like push, email, and in-app messaging to optimise customer LTV.

Strong analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging performance data to optimise strategies and apply test-and-learn approaches.

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders based on mutual support.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously while remaining committed to securing goals.

Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with strong priorityisation and organizational skills to manage high-volume campaigns efficiently.

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of the German market is required.
