MB.OS' own operating system plays a crucial role and is continuously developed to strengthen the company's future. In our department the heart of the electric/electronic development of the entire vehicle (RD/VEA). As a central interface between the different development areas, we coordinate the integration and release of software stands for the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) and thus make a decisive contribution to the market launch of new vehicle functions. For this exciting task, we are looking for dedicated support as part of an internship that supports our team in controlling and developing the release processes. You will get unique insights into the collaboration of various disciplines and experience how technical decisions are made and implemented at the entire vehicle level. We offer you the opportunity to gain experience in an innovative and dynamic environment and actively contribute to the operationalization of our strategic claim “Lead in Car Software”. You work at a central point in the development process of future vehicle generations and gain a comprehensive insight into the development, integration and release of modern vehicle software. These challenges await you: You support our project leaders in managing and implementing software releases for MB.OS

You co-ordinate dates and thus contribute to a timely implementation of software releases

You participate in the further development and optimization of our processes and work with different stakeholders

You independently prepare technical decision-making at management level, initialize Agenden and document the results and the measures derived therefrom

You get exciting insights into the collaboration of different development areas and the release processes of modern vehicle software

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Continuous studies in engineering, computer science or a similar technical discipline

Interest in the automotive industry and the development of software solutions in the automotive sector

Good knowledge of technical topics, in particular software and electronics

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Structured, independent and reliable operation

Joy in cooperation with different contact persons and pronounced communication skills
