As a consultant for IT operating processes and IT emergency management (m/w/d), you are part of our team to ensure comprehensive control and continuous provision of IT services. In your role, you are responsible for the conception of IT operations and are responsible in particular for the strategies for managing IT emergencies. This will help you reduce potential risks, secure the framework for the stable operation of IT services and thus contribute to the reliable and efficient energy supply. YEARS: Conception and continuous further development of IT operating processes according to ITIL deriving the strategic emergency management requirements from the Amprion Business Continuity Management Advising the internal IT service providers to introduce IT operating processes and the central IT emergency concept Development of individual expertise concepts based on defined specifications and ensuring compliance with all IT departments with the strong governance Responsibility for preparation, organisation and implementation of emergency exercises and internal IT audits with management of measures address-oriented communication with the relevant stakeholders such as internal customers, executives, top management and external service providers

IHR PROFIL: completed studies of economic informatics or comparable degree extensive professional experience in ITIL operations and BCM / ITSCM / IT emergency management Experience in the management of IT projects structured and analytical thinking with independent working strong team capability and high communication capability combined with high enforcement strength
