Your special financing tasks: Leading initiatives, holistic, goal-oriented and end-oriented customer discussions according to our market management concept Proactive and systematic coordination, organization and management of the needs of our customers recognition of customer requirements and cross-selling approaches as well as corresponding signal transmission to responsible functional carriers Targeted and active schedule from the customer portfolio and execution of appointment agreements Acquisition of special financing customers (project financing in the real estate and renewable energies sector) as well as advice from real estate investors taking into account risk and earnings Your tasks as part of credit and risk management: Implementation or preparation of credit decisions in low-risk and risk-relevant business in accordance with the competence plan activities within the framework of the ‘scoring or credit rating of borrowers’ sub-process, including ‘ESG scoring’ Perception of negative developments within the customer portfolio and timely countercontrol Disposition of the assigned customer connections within defined limits

Your profile: Complete studies in the field of economics, finances or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in financing consulting, ideally in a bank or a financial service company (here focusing on real estate financing or Financing of renewable energy projects desirable) Embossed analytical skills and a structured working method High customer orientation and communication strength Teamability and the ability to understand complex facts
