♪ Your future responsibilities

• They provide the person[en]centric performance in the inclusive social space and on the basis of the objectives and wishes of our clients documented in the dialogueal participation design.
• In addition, you will support our clients in all aspects of dialogue participation: in planning and reflection talks and in subsequent implementation. They ensure that planning and concrete performance are consistent in everyday life.
• In the sense of a qualified assistance, our clients, together with you, are testing tasks for an independent daily management to take over them as far as possible.
• They are in contact with members and other reference persons in the social area as well as with the participation coordinators and other relevant participation assistants.
• They document developments, peculiarities and deviations and communicate them in the team. They show potential perspectives.

Your profile

• They provide a training course designed for at least three years – especially in the fields of pedagogy, social work or care.

• A Class B licence is essential for the performance of this activity.
