We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of personnel: Spezialist (m/w/d) HR-IT - Focus SAC Reporting & Analytics SAC Reporting & Analytics: Building, Development and Operation of Reporting and Analysis Instruments in the SAP Analytics Cloud, including Data Processing, Transformation, Visualization and Optimization of Interfaces

SuccessFactors Administration & Process Optimization: (assi)representation, administration and customizing selected SAP SuccessFactors modules as well as design and development of digital HR processes and workflows

Technology integration & System development: cooperation in the integration of new technologies (including AI-based solutions) into the HR-IT and SAP system landscape as well as cooperation in technical adaptations and the further development of process and data models

Data Quality & Analysis: Ensuring high data quality, carrying out validations and ad hoc analysis as well as cooperation in HR‐IT projects and in release management (especially SAP SuccessFactors)

Complete university studies (e.g. business informatics, BWL, data science or comparable) as well as practical experience in the context of HR‐IT systems and digital business processes

Experience in the SAP Analytics Cloud, ideally in data modeling, reporting, visualization and basic scripting functions
