MoBam EDI GmbH operates several housing groups in the field of social work and accompanies people with support needs in everyday life. The aim is to promote self-employment, to enable social participation and to develop individual perspectives. The facilities are located in Amlingstadt, Schmerldorf, Trosdorf, Bamberg, Wiesenfelden, Pödeldorf, Stegaurach and Hirschaid. A multi-professional team is working closely in an appraisal environment to ensure demand-oriented and resource-oriented support.

You work in the educational everyday life of our housing groups and accompany residents: You support life management, day structure and social participation You build sustainable relationships and work resource-oriented with residents:inside You can help and support planning as well as documentation and reflection You work in the multi-professional team and with external network partners You actively shape group offers, leisure activities and projects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in social work in the stationary setting You bring empathy, sense of responsibility and strength of communication You work reliably, team-oriented and reflected You are ready for flexible working hours (depending on the application area) You are motivated to combine theory and practice in dual study Career prospects: In the event of a successful final examination, there is the possibility of a takeover into a permanent job.
